Why it matters
One good mentor can change what a participant believes is possible.
Some participants do not need another lecture. They need a place where mistakes are teachable, effort is noticed, safety matters, and the person next to them is willing to explain it one more time.
A participant leaves with practical skills, a sense of accomplishment, and the confidence to take on what comes next.
Automotive and motorsports interests can be directed toward learning, preparation, responsibility, and the right environment.
A shop experience can open the door to skilled trades, engineering, diagnostics, fabrication, teamwork, and careers a participant may not have pictured before.
